Our Core Business
Loring Careers is a full service staffing firm, and we specialize in recruiting, identifying and representing talented individuals for general office and administration, corporate staff positions such as finance and accounting, purchasing, customer contact, marketing and human resources, and specialized office support staff for the medical and legal professions. In representing talented individuals, we provide personalized service to help them understand their strengths, potential and areas for improvement, as well as guide them in their search for a new position.
Within an organization, we limit our placements to entry level through mid-level management. Our corporate clients are engaged in a variety of industries, representing the Service, Manufacturing, Logistics and Professional Services sectors. We provide our services

Because our clients vary in size from Fortune 500 to small entrepreneurial businesses, we provide a full range of value-added Supplemental and Auxiliary services in addition to providing staff. These services provide more options and flexibility, whether our client has its own recruiting staff or none at all.

Loring Careers is a member of the American Staffing Association, and abides by all professional and ethical codes of conduct. In addition, we are active members of the Chamber of Commerce in the various communities in which we provide service. During the ten years when we operated the business as a franchise, our team was recognized for sales achievement, leadership, and on two separate occasions, we were awarded "On Site Management Team of the Year."
Rosemary Loring, Esq., CSP

Rosemary is President of Loring Careers, and has been actively engaged in the staffing profession since January 1997; for the first ten years, she ran the business as a franchise of Remedy Intelligent Staffing. Prior to having her own business, Rosemary had a successful corporate career, working for major corporations for almost 20 years. She worked her way from entry to executive level management through a variety of departmental |
assignments, including, for example, Operations, Strategic Planning, Regulatory, Human Resources, Training Development and Economic Cost Studies. Rosemary earned her undergraduate degree in economics and went on to obtain a law degree from The George Washington University. She has earned the professional designation, Certified Staffing Professional, (CSP) by the American Staffing Association. Through the years, Rosemary has been active in several professional and community organizations, working on committees, chairing fund-raising events or serving on the organization's Board of Directors.
Dave Loring

Dave is Chief Operating Officer at Loring Careers. He began his career in the staffing profession in 1997 after retiring from a successful 30+ year career with the former AT&T Bell System and its subsidiaries. During his career, Dave held a number of executive positions in Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Product Management, and New Product Development. He also planned and started several new ventures for the corporation. In his last |
position, Dave directed an organizational turnaround that grew a $2.4 million business into a $24.0 million business. Dave earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard, and he holds a Masters degree in Business. For six of the ten years that they were franchisees of Remedy, Dave served on the Franchisee Advisory Council, representing franchisees in the Northeastern United States.
Kate Schaffer

Kate joined the Lorings' offices in 2006 as On Site Manager, providing dedicated management services for one of their major financial services clients. Prior to that, Kate was a manager with a Philadelphia-based national advertising firm serving the pharmaceutical industry. Kate began her career in staffing while still in college, working in the profession while on summer break. Upon graduation, she worked as a staffing consultant for a national |
staffing firm headquartered in New Jersey. Kate is a Regional Manager at Loring Careers. A Bucks County native, she was graduated from the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources and currently is studying for the ASA's CSP certification.
